A: Easy – we charge a flat rate for your session, not by the hour. That means you get unlimited shooting time (lighting permitted) to achieve everything you want. We’ll discuss the exact pricing and what it includes during a free booking consultation, so there are no surprises and you know you’re getting great value.

Q: I’m super awkward in photos (and my kids never sit still). Can you handle that?
A: Absolutely! It’s our specialty to make you comfortable. We’ll guide you with fun, natural prompts – you don’t have to know how to pose. And if the kids are energetic or shy, we’ll play along and give them breaks as needed. Our clients are amazed that even the wild or awkward moments turn into beautiful, genuine shots. No stress, we promise.

Q: How soon will we get our photos, and what if I don’t like them?
A: You’ll receive your edited images in an online gallery typically within one week of the shoot. You will choose your favorites, and I will edit them and reupload them to the gallery for you to keep. And remember our 100% satisfaction guarantee – we want you to be in love with your photos. If anything falls short, we’ll work with you to fix it (free re-edits or even a re-shoot if necessary). Our job isn’t done until you have portraits you’ll treasure forever.
